We made it!

Hey all you Through the Gray readers,
We just wanted to let you know that we have made it Through the Gray and into the sun. We reached our new place yesterday at about 4pm. Our new landlords welcomed us with open arms and peanut butter cookies. They seem to be very nice. They even left us with a beautiful plant and a "Welcome to your new home" card. We then unloaded the truck until 6:30pm, took a break had some dinner and then back to unloading. I think the unloading wrapped up around 9:30pm when we then ventured out to Walmart to get the basics. By 10:30pm everyone was in tears and ready for bed. As soon as we get unpacked and get back to some routine I am sure it will start to be fun but for now, there is just alot to do.

As soon as we have some pictures we'll post them, but for now just know that we are here missing all of you!

And we are sure missing you. Just let me know when the fun really begins.
I think that will be easier on my "Grandma" heart.

I'm so happy you all made it safe. Tomorrow will be better, and each day after that. And even while you're unpacking, take a minute to soak up the sun tomorrow(Hopefully it's sunny) for me! It's snowing again right now... :(

We miss you too!

We miss you alot. Thanks for checking in throughout your drive...and after church. I was worried about those blonde, tanned women....I don't want them stealing my friend away. ;)

Tell Finn hi for Noah. He misses him.

Happy to see you "home." I understand the looming to do list when moving. It took us almost two months to fully settle in. And there were many nights where there were tears and we didn't even have a Walmart to soothe our miserablness! And we're still adjusting and it will be a while yet before it becomes common place. But I can say now that I don't ferverently wish every night that I was back in the USA. So it gets better. You adjust. The church will help. It always amazes me how connected it is and how can find your place almost instantly. it's like the north star. Enjoy that beach!
