He had a great day! He started by waking us a 7 am to unwrap presents( seriously, how happy can your birthday be when you get up at 7 am?), then he had a nice birthday breakfast of eggs, sausage and go-gurt. I offered to let him eat it in bed and he looked at me like I was an alien. Apparently he likes to eat at the table. He then got ready for the day in a 30 minute shower where he used his new Super Soaker Amara got him. His friend Molly came over for a play date because in this house a day is incomplete without a play date. Molly and Sully have become good buds. We then met Sully's other pal Belle at McDonalds for birthday lunch and playing on the indoor play structure. That never gets boring. Then we came home and made chocolate chip cookies and got ready for Amara's softball game. After the softball game (which we won) Sully chose to go to his favorite Thai restaurant for noodles and rice. We ended the night with a candle in a chocolate chip cookie and then bed at 9:40 pm. It was a good day. Tonight we are having birthday dinner (Hawaiian Haystacks, Sully's pick) and birthday cake with the Wongs and Jeni and Kev. In this house we celebrate birthdays for days.
Here are a few pictures from his day......

Look at you, cute guy. What an awesome birthday. Wish we could have been there. We'll see you soon again when cousin Clark gets here.
Hawaiian Haystacks? I love those things, they are one of my favorite.
You sound like Grandpa. A cookie!! You know that grandpa is the "original" cookie monster?
Gosh I don't know where your mom gets the idea of celebrating all week. Sounds familiar.
